These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the xQUery website at https://xquery.social, the xQUery Chrome extension, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by xQUery ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the website, joining the waitlist, or installing and using the xQUery extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About xQUery

xQUery is a Chrome extension built exclusively for X (Twitter). The Service provides token intelligence directly on your X feed — including live charts on hover, on-chain and social profile data, and SOL transfers to verified X accounts — so you can research and act on crypto opportunities without leaving the timeline.

xQUery is currently offered through early access and a waitlist. Features, availability, and supported networks may change as the product evolves.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency and blockchain services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of xQUery complies with all applicable laws, including securities, tax, and financial regulations in your country or region.

3. Early Access & Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access. We may approve, delay, or decline access at our discretion. When you join the waitlist, you may provide an email address or X (Twitter) username. You agree that the contact information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.

Waitlist confirmation emails are sent when you sign up with an email address. Delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on your email provider or spam filters.

4. Chrome Extension

The xQUery extension activates on x.com and related X (Twitter) domains. It detects contract addresses in tweets and surfaces intelligence panels on hover. Some features — including Send SOL and verified transfers — require you to verify your X account inside the extension and connect a compatible Solana wallet.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension except as permitted by law
• Use the Service to scrape, overload, or disrupt X (Twitter) or third-party APIs
• Circumvent verification, security, or access controls
• Use xQUery for unlawful activity, fraud, market manipulation, or harassment

5. Chart on Feed & Market Data

Chart on Feed displays price charts, market cap, volume, and token metadata sourced from third-party data and blockchain providers. This information is provided for informational purposes only. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any market data shown in the extension.

6. Data Intelligent

Data Intelligent combines on-chain signals (such as SOL balances and linked wallet addresses) with public X (Twitter) profile information (such as follower counts, verification status, and activity). This data is aggregated to help you assess accounts you encounter on X. Social and on-chain signals are not proof of trustworthiness, identity, or investment quality.

7. Send SOL & Blockchain Transactions

Send SOL enables transfers of SOL on the Solana network to X accounts that xQUery recognizes and maps to wallet addresses. To send SOL, your X account must be verified in xQUery and you must connect a wallet with sufficient balance.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for verifying the recipient, amount, and wallet mapping before confirming any transfer. xQUery routes payments based on its internal mapping of X profiles to wallets; sending to the wrong account or an unrecognized profile may result in permanent loss of funds.

We do not custody your private keys, hold your assets, or act as a payment intermediary. Transactions are executed through your connected wallet and the Solana network. Network fees, congestion, and failed transactions are outside our control.

8. X Account Verification

Verifying your X account links your social identity to xQUery and unlocks features such as Send SOL. You represent that you are the legitimate owner of the X account you verify. We may revoke verification if we suspect impersonation, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

9. No Financial Advice

xQUery is a software tool, not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or financial institution. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Token charts, wallet balances, and profile signals are informational only. You are solely responsible for your trading, investment, and payment decisions.

Cryptocurrency and digital assets are highly volatile and risky. You may lose some or all of your funds. Only interact with tokens and counterparties you understand and trust.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties including X (Twitter), Solana, wallet providers, blockchain explorers, market data APIs, and hosting providers. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or actions.

11. Intellectual Property

The xQUery name, logo, website, extension, and related content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, xQUery AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES FROM SOL TRANSFERS, INCORRECT WALLET MAPPING, MARKET DATA ERRORS, OR THIRD-PARTY FAILURES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, IF ANY.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless xQUery and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your blockchain transactions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, poses risk to users or the Service, or is otherwise harmful. Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes may be communicated through the website, extension, or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
